Clone Trials

by AutoAdmin

By late January began the first attempts at cloning. Propagation of your strain for repeat results is an important aspect of cultivation. Supplies were ordered off Amazon and a small space was setup in a different room for the clones to root.

Reflections

by AutoAdmin

It became obvious that a tin foil reflector wasn’t very practical and the sound became bothersome. An order of Mylar from Amazon was made and the closet got an upgrade.

Rootin

by AutoAdmin

After a few days of shock from the replanting the root’s dug in and starting growing downward. You can see the resulting upward growth. Even with what I judged to be good progress, I would later learn it was still slower then doing it correctly from the beginning.

New Home

by AutoAdmin

To overcome the smalls pace we replanted from the box into a 5 gallon pot. The root zone showed signs of needing time to reach back out again. You can see from the leaves the plant was unhappy as it wanted to grow faster then the space previously allowed.

Growing Pains

by AutoAdmin

After 10 days of TLC the plant was over growing the initial planter. As I would later learn the root system had bottomed out and was growing outward. This would lead to a bushier plant long term which worked well in the first room.

Plans for giving more room was in the works.

Early Learning

by AutoAdmin

Beginning the education of cannabis cultivation. Bringing the plant inside from winter temperatures increased growth explosively. The plant almost doubled in size in 4 days and health increased to a bright green color signifying young cell development.

Oh the places you will go.

And So It Begins

by Autouana

The beginning of a long journey. After being a consumer for over 15 years, a seed that normally would be thrown away was tossed into my balcony garden. A couple weeks later I discovered a growing plant and made the choice to go down the path of learning to cultivate.

Why not, everyone who smokes wishes they learned to grow.
