Designed and built a simple airflow system using 6″ inline duct fans. These were on the cheaper side from Amazon and are noisy. Future testing will find out if there are insulated models in the economy range.
For the first test I used the HVAC to dry a damp flower.
Ramping down growing cannabis for a while do to it’s time constraint and need to cycle through many early stage veg. Decided to prep the seeds I have for long term storage. Put them in the fridge for 48 hours to start in the back and then in a container in the freezer. They should last up to 6 years that way and it’s important to keep them in the back to prevent the temperature changing as much as possible.

Around early fall the cool air makes it possible to grow upstairs again without running a full AC. In retrospect if you’re growing craft style I recommend not having the tent in the open living space. It’s a distraction and makes for bad company.

The outdoor grow ended up suffering from Bud Rot due to heavy rainfall late bloom. It was decided to harvest that plant early and to monitor the second one for any signs of issues.
